GHMG is a golf advisory firm founded by former superintendents and general managers, serving private clubs, ownership groups, and golf facilities nationwide. Our responsibility is to represent the interests of the people we work for not to sell a particular design, contractor, or scope of work. It's a different starting point than most consultants bring to the table.

GHMG brings the structure and leadership necessary to keep every element aligned. We approach each engagement from the owner’s perspective providing independent guidance, disciplined oversight, and clear communication so leadership can move forward with confidence.
Our experience extends beyond project management. With backgrounds in golf course operations, club leadership, and large-scale capital projects, we understand how decisions made during planning and construction affect the entire club long after a project is complete. That perspective allows us to anticipate challenges, evaluate tradeoffs, and identify risks before they become costly problems.

GHMG is led by experienced golf industry professionals, including former superintendents and general managers who have managed clubs, operations, teams, budgets, and major capital projects firsthand.
That experience gives us a perspective traditional project consultants often cannot provide. We understand that a golf course project does not exist in isolation — every decision can affect operations, member experience, maintenance, financial performance, and the club's long-term objectives.

Our responsibility is to represent the interests of the ownership group not to sell a particular design, contractor, or scope of work. Recommendations are made objectively, with a clear understanding of the financial, operational, and long-term implications of each decision.
When an idea should be challenged, we challenge it. When alternatives deserve consideration, we present them. And when a decision needs to be made, we make sure leadership has the information necessary to make it confidently.
